The Role

Seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to lead our Business Development team in acquiring new partners/distributors for Indian Mutual Funds. Collaborating closely with the Sales Lead, the Sales Manager will be instrumental in developing and executing Business Development Plans to foster client base growth and increase Assets Under Management (AUM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new partners for Indian Mutual Fund through strategic B2B sales efforts.
  • Engage with inactive clients to reactivate and strengthen relationships.
  • Promote and sell online corporate accounts, encouraging clients to explore and invest in our financial products.
  • Execute cross-selling strategies for a comprehensive suite of financial products, including Mutual Funds, ETFs, Loans, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Lead to formulate and implement B2B-centric Business Development Plans focused on client base and AUM growth.
  • Adhere to B2B-centric sales processes, ensuring meticulous updates in the online system.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant company rules, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record in B2B business development and corporate sales, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian Mutual Funds, US ETFs, and familiarity with diverse financial instruments.
  • Strong grasp of B2B sales processes, client relationship management, and corporate engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills tailored for corporate interactions.
  • Ability to collaboratively work within a team to achieve targeted B2B sales objectives.
  • Awareness of industry regulations and compliance standards.
