The Role

Union Living:

Union operates fully furnished and managed coliving properties with 1 BHK’s apartments and studios across prime locations close to working hubs and commercial areas.

As a community manager you are expected to take charge of the following as a part of your job role:

Sales and customer service

Manage the P&L for the entire property
Be the first and last point of contact for your building.
Cover the front desk during business hours.
Make sure Union members get the best customer service and that tickets/issues raised are resolved on time.
Greet and check in members & guests.
Greet people who come in for tours, track walk-ins, schedule tours, and send confirmation emails, update the CRM post-visit.
Events and Community Management.

Take direction from the Community Lead to support the community team as necessary.
Assist with the management of queries on our member app.
Assist with set-up and breakdown of events.
Building Operations and Management

Ensure that your building is fully operational and processes are running smoothly.
Carry out move-ins and move-outs; and room audits
Assist with building operations and maintenance to ensure the highest levels of member experience
Mail and Package responsibilities as needed.
Identify issues for escalation to the Cluster Manager and document accordingly.
Supervise housekeeping and facility management staff to ensure member delight.
Vendor management and SLAs.
Ensuring that security and safety regulations are met.

He/she should have excellent communication skills.
You should be comfortable with staying at a Union Property or commuting to it every day.
Qualifications :

Graduate with a bachelor's degree. Preference would be given to someone with a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management.

Experience :

Minimum 0-1 years of experience in a recognized international hotel chain.
Must be experienced at handling customer issues and escalations
Should have handled operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Should have experience in front office/guest relations or housekeeping.
