Edulion is an ed-tech company on a mission to impart essential future skills in students from a young age. Young adults make up more than 40% of the country but more than 80% of their education is based only on current technologies and trends. Edulion wants to fill this gap by imparting knowledge in future technologies like Blockchain, Crypto, NFT, Metaverse and Web 3.0.
About the Role -
In this role, we are looking out to hire a team of fresh graduates, who are keen on becoming the core team of our early stage Ed-tech startup. This is a multipurpose role, therefore, if you define yourself as a team player and want to be promoted at a managerial level in a short span of time, apply for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Organising Team Meetings - Holding regular team meetings to keep track of the work and boost morale of the team members.
Tracking Tasks of Employees/Interns - Ability to keep track of all the tasks so employees meet deadlines of the project.
Hiring and firing - ability to build relationships with the interns. Ability to hire new employees/interns for the new tasks. Also replacing the existing ones who are underperforming.
Project Management - Ability to set deadlines for new projects inside the company and ability to keep momentum until projects are finished.
Solving team escalations crisis handling.
Monitoring and executing team productivity.
Requirements
Leadership skills - Strong leadership skills and willingness to take the initiative to lead the way. Making sure deadlines are met, but also taking charge - by being proactive rather than reactive when issues arise or opportunities present themselves as well as providing direction for others on what needs to be done next.
Computer Skills- Basic Excel skills, along with Google docs. Figure out solutions to new issues through google and learn new softwares to improve operations.
Communication skills - Dealing and co-ordinating with interns so you can motivate them to accomplish their goals. Ability to resolve issues.
English skills - Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
