Title: Director of Sales & Partnerships
Pay: $50,000 to $75,000 base salary + Commission
Location: Remote / Office (Birmingham, AL)
Health OPX is seeking to immediately hire a Director of Sales & Partnerships to lead the continued effort in our Sales Department, focusing on growing beyond our existing customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining new community organizations, health organizations, and governent clients (Non-Profits) and opportunities for the Health OPX’s Health OPX platform - our solution software for improving the social determinants of health for marginalized communities through non-profits.
Health OPX is a Gener8tor / Mass Challenge backed startup company delivering a social impact saas product geared towards helping underserved communities to gain access to the health care systems.
Health OPX is headquartered in Birmingham, AL, but we are open to working with the right people fully-remote - no matter where they’re located.

RESPONSIBILITIES YOU’LL HAVE
- Execute a Business Development plan to drive opportunity creation
- Refine and optimize the outbound strategy for engaging cold leads
- Qualify inbound/outbound opportunities and explain the Health OPX solution to new prospects, including senior and C-suite executives in the non-profit, government, and health organization industries
- Create a reliable and consistent lead funnel and manage/maintain within HubSpot
- Collaborate with CEO to create marketing on campaigns from ideation to execution, management, and follow up
- Identify, research, and prospect, potential clients,
- Develop industry and domain expertise to increase your chances for success
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE
- Have a 4 year degree in any major
- Have 1-3 years of experience in an SDR or BDR role in Business to Non-profit sales
