Caliber Technologies is an innovate technology and consulting company in the Twin Cities area. We provide a range of products and consulting services to enterprise level organizations.
Our most notable product is an application lifecycle management tool that allows our clients to manage a single team or multiple portfolios of applications from a single system making application lifecycle management much easier for Executive Teams and those accountable.
As a territory account manager, your typical week includes connecting with decision makers by phone and email, conducting one-on-one and group presentations, uncovering needs, communicating business implications of our products and closing sales. We're interested in building long-term relationships with our clients which means residual commissions for you.
A successful regional account manager will be an aggressive prospector with excellent pipeline management skills. You will need to reach the decision maker quickly then learn about their needs and determine if we can be of value. You must be perceived as a helper, not a seller.
Necessary Skills and Experience:
Understanding our industry and our technology
Ability to execute a consistent number of new contacts each day
Ability to manage a complex pipeline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create/assist with marketing materials
Ability to gather and follow up with referrals
Self-managed and disciplined
Genuine interest in our industry
If you have industry contacts or inroads into local organizations that is a bonus.
Full Time Salary (if you already have IT qualifying contacts/connections) - $25,000 to $75,000 per annum + 5 to 10% Commission.
Commission Only (if you don't have any IT qualifying contacts/connections).
