This is a role in managing the above accounts, that requires you to handle your own logistical framework. You will be trusted to do it your way, as long as your way works! That means there's flexibility, since it's remote-only, as long as you check your own details and plan accordingly to get things done efficiently. Writing skills are a plus.

• Sometimes we have time sensitive tasks, prefer someone who can work quickly but remain detail oriented
• Experience is preferred, but you can also be a person that finds and uses tutorials quickly, and doesn't charge extra for the time you take to sharpen your skills, or to correct your own mistakes.
• All tasks will be searchable via Google, or available for you to research via the application support content. In other words, there won't be any tasks that you can't find out how to do on your own.
• Double check and test your own work to be sure details are finalized.
• Don't always trust the program, and look for errors on their side.
• Few meetings
• Salary is negotiable.

Mail Management:
Must understand the following:

• Spreadsheets and mailing lists
• Target audiences and content that is tailored for each audience
• Mailchimp

File and Cloud Drive Management

• Know the difference between sharing view permissions vs editing permissions, and share access appropriately
• Think ahead about who needs access and what kind of access they need
• Ask relevant questions

Social Media Management:

• Handles passwords
• Uploads content
• Knows relevant hashtags
• Keep the user / the target audience and their interests in mind
• Can upload to YouTube, Tiktok, Snapchat or Instagram

Printing and ordering:

• Upload files and order prints
• Understand document sizing
• Report shipping options
• Use Venmo
• Make phone calls to collect details

Wix Website Updating:

• Add pages, links, video and text copy
• Spell checks their work, thoroughly
• Spell unique names correctly
• Check punctionation and keep it consistent
• Use Wix tutorials
• Keep formatting correct
• Make sure it looks good on web and mobile before saving it
