NYC MSP - Provisioning Specialist

As a Provisioning Specialist, your number one priority will be to ensure DeepTech's clients are delivered an excellent 'DeepTech unboxing experience' for all end-user devices. You'll create rapport with our clients and manage all end-users hires, terminations, and new device requests.

What you'll do

• Assess incoming equipment, test, configure and keep updated records of inventory.
• Provision client hardware using a range of tools (JAMF, Automate, ConnectWise, O365)
• Clean, pack and ship out equipment to clients.
• Implement and maintain operational documentation of processes and procedures.
• Confirm functionality of equipment and work with clients to ensure provisioning is a success.
• Maintain adequate levels of inventory and be responsive to urgent requests from clients.

Who you are

• Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience configuring devices in a professional environment
• Experience with MDM solutions
• Technical knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose faulty hardware
• Excellent time management skills & exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work unsupervised and work with team members to ensure tasks are completed in timely manner
