*Principal Agent offer includes ownership in agency. *Compensation is comprised of a safety-net salary, new business commissions, renewal commissions and bonuses.
Starting pay range is $40,000 - $270,000+.

The primary responsibility of a Principal Agent – AZ Partner is to build a book of business through:

• Prospecting and establishing referral relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
• Working with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with over 20 “A” rated insurance providers, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk. Our Principal Agent has leadership responsibility which starts with being a partner and mentor in the organization running a sales team.
