Intermediate Software Engineer

We are a growing AI tech startup based in Auckland. We are building new ways to serve AI solutions to other tech companies around the world - and we're on the hunt for an Intermediate Software Engineer to join our small and passionate team.

The work involves:

• Daily stand ups over Zoom.
• Code. Code. Code. And code reviews.
• Prototype and experiment with new tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs.
• Improve our tooling and codebase.
• Testing and deploy to production.
• Assist and support developers using our APIs.
• Write and update technical documentation.
• Monitor and maintain our production systems.

The Role Requirements:

• 3-4 years of work experience as a software engineer, specifically with nodejs and python API technologies.
• The right to work in NZ
• An eagerness to learn and adapt to stay afloat in the fast-paced and thrilling startup environment.
• A self-driven and diligent work ethic, i.e., takes initiative to complete tasks.
• Excellent team communication skills, as we are a fully remote company.
• High attention to detail and reliability
