We are looking for an awesome "Talent Acquisition - Executive" for our product– Enpass password manager (https://www.enpass.io/).The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Proven work experience in recruitment -1-2 years- ideally as a Technical Recruiter
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates
  • Qualify candidates, perform professional assessments, analyze internal hiring manager's needs and build long-term relationships on a foundation of honesty and integrity.
  • Understanding complex technical job requirements for recruitment and to get the best suitable matching profile on the same ASAP with the help of few team members, to serve the position ASAP.
  • Possess good knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing.
  • Key player in sourcing candidates, coordinating training, processing new hires, interpretation of policies and administering various programs, employee communication & performance management.
  • Experience using Angel list, LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network

  • Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals
