It’s a B2B2C (business to business to consumer) integrated platform providing an All-in-One experience of “Shopping and Posting”.
We are looking for an experienced and professional HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs.
Your responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies, and overseeing our hiring processes.
You will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

Responsibilities:
Review the job description; understand the requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal databases, social media, etc
Design compensation and benefits packages
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
Act as the point of contact for every team member regarding any query related to employment, leaves, etc.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department.

Requirements:
**Minimum 5+ years of work experience as an HR Executive, or similar role.
Prior experience of working with any eCommerce company is a plus.
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
Have sound knowledge of IT and Technical concepts, and have experience in hiring all levels of technical and non-technical candidates.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under stiff deadlines.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
