Exciting opportunity to be a Sr. Technical Recruiter at an neo-banking fintech start-up. SBNRI (Simplifying Banking for NRIs) is a two year old VC-Backed NEO Banking platform for NRIs promoted by ex-entrepreneurs, Bankers and technology stalwarts.
Skills and requirements:
• Expertise in Full Recruitment Life Cycle in IT Staffing for permanent.
• To handle all level in recruitment Senior/Middle/Entry Level
• To source candidate through Naukri.com, Google.com, monster.com, Times jobs, LinkedIn, Head hunting, Social Media, internal and external resources.
• To understand the job profile of client requirement such as what is the job responsibilities and skills required for sourcing candidates towards the assignment.
• Source through various techniques like Internet tools, Referrals and Database etc.
• Handle all aspects of the applicant process. Run Reference and background checks.
• Set up and coordinate interviews. Negotiate offers & close hires.
• We are working from open to work from office & work from home is available during pandemic like situation.
• Immediate joiner to 7 days joining is preferred.
• Experience required 1- 3 years
