Hiring For Finance Executive- Sales/ Team Leader

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the services over the phone.
• Address any questions or issues customers may have.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Meeting weekly or monthly sales targets as assigned by management.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Candidate Requirements:-

1. Good communication skills with a pleasing personality.
2. Good in customer handling.
3. Ability to perform well under pressure.
4. Fresher or experienced both can consider.
5. Sales experience in the Banking/Financial sector or outbound bpo is preferred.
6. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
