CTC: up to 10,000/per month. (Based on experience/skills).

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of tasks in multiple functions and support our company’s CXOs. Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include research work, digital marketing, coordination with candidates for interviews, LinkedIn management, calendar management, expense management and reports.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency and growth of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members & CXOs.
Important note: This is an trainee level job offering, and suitable for freshers, or 0-1 year experienced. Compensation offered is 10,000 per month. Compensation will be revised after 1 year, based on skills and performance. Please don't apply if this compensation doesn't match your expectations.
Required:
Degree/Education in entrepreneurship is required. MBA preferred.
Self-initiative, Problem solving skills, and critical thinking.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Street Smart, Tech Savvy & High IQ.
Ability to learn things quickly & decision making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English.
Familiarity with MS Office and related applications, like outlook, calendars etc.
Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact for our CXOs.
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
Proof-read and prepare information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports in a presentable format
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Maintain & manage LinkedIn Account.
Help in Lead Generation, Email Campaign & Digital Marketing.
