We are Lectrium

We are building the future of residential electric vehicle charging for the USA. Our mission is to make every home EV ready. We are backed by Antler Global and are raising a round currently from top investors in both Europe and the USA.

We are building out of the Columbia Startup Lab in NYC and Rockit in Vilnius, Lithuania. We operate under a hybrid model, as we understand the value of in-person collaboration but also give team members flexibility to work remotely when they would like.

CTO’s main responsibilities

1. Leading teams of engineers located in both NYC and Vilnius
2. Making the EV charger installation process seamless, and eventually moving into recurring revenue driving products such as charger monitoring, home energy monitoring, etc.
3. Recruiting top talent
4. Driving an engineering culture grown by the most talented people in the industry

Technical roadmap

1. SWE (near term):
   • Large-scaled electrician networks control panel which creates competitive tension by having electrician networks bid on installation opportunities
   • AI site inspection tool
   • Landing page + survey which gives automated quotes to homeowners
2. HWE (potentially):
   • Build our own EV charger
   • Select the best tech for a white-label solution
