• On-board full time engineers/developers

Responsibilities typically include:

• Management of agile development process
• Lead customer acquisition through pilot project demonstrations
• Management of software release cycle
• Hands-on software development, launch and go-live
• Participation in product planning meetings
• Direction and review of work produced by technical team
• Ensuring system availability
• Technical screening for job candidates
• Available to discuss tasks or system issues
