About the Role:

We are looking for an all-star to launch and manage day-to-day operations at our second facility in Phoenix. If working with the future e-commerce brands of Phoenix excites you, this is the role for you.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Building and owning the member experience
• Touring prospective members, onboarding new members, and be the main point of contact for members
• Engaging the local Phoenix community, growing Portal's presence in the Phoenix area, and organizing community events for our members
• Managing other team members at the facility
• Overseeing the facility, which includes responsibility over building maintenance, vendor management, and logistics support
• Operational and performance reporting

Our Ideal Fit:

• Approachable, energetic and professional personality
• Previous experience in community/member management (i.e co-working, apartments)
• History of being highly accountable and reliable
• Self-starter, and able to work with minimal oversight
• Connections to the local Phoenix community
• Background in e-commerce is a plus
