Corso is looking for energetic and self-motivated SDRs to join our fast-growing startup.
Corso is an ever-developing suite of merchant services with headquarters in San Clemente, CA, and St. George, Utah.
We build software for busy e-commerce merchants who are looking to tackle tough shipping issues in a sustainable way.
The Opportunity:
As a Sales Development Representative at Corso you will play the most crucial part of the sales lifecycle, being the first point of contact for a prospective brand.
With your suite of sales tools, you will be engaging with new prospects - telling the Corso story, uncovering pain points in their operation, and seeing if Corso can help solve their problems.
What You Will Be Doing
Drive the short and long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap of Corso.
Make outbound (cold) calls and emails daily
Prospect for, generate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
Evangelize the Corso story by finding new and emerging merchants via outreach efforts
Exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled and deals closed
Collaborate with the Sales team to schedule prospect calls, meetings and product demos
Manage and maintain your sales pipeline by entering data into Hubspot (CRM)
What You Should Have
- Love and desire to make a connection with new people
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Strong internal and external communication abilities, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements.
- Sales background is a huge plus but not necessary
