As a Business Development Representative (BDR) here at Cinch, you'll have the opportunity to play a larger part in our quick growth as a company and setting our future clients on a path to great success in their companies. You will do this by helping convert prospects and marketing leads into sales opportunities and finally clients. Who will then be able to use our innovative and coveted software to enhance their customer communication solutions and create better longer relationships with their customers.
Because you have a short time to connect with these people, this role requires a lot of enthusiasm, high energy and the ability to communicate well with prospective clients and identify their needs. If you are confident that you have these abilities and love working with people, we want to learn more about you! If you're looking to get into sales and or marketing you've found the right place at the best time. Rare is the opportunity to join a funded startup at ground floor. We're looking for that experienced BDR who has some experience closing software deals and is ready to looking to shortly get promoted out of the BDR role.
Your daily responsibilities as a BDR at Cinch will include:
• Being the first point of contact for our leads to help increase interest through discovery and education
• Contacting and qualifying prospects and leads to set appointments for our Account Specialists
• Often helping to close the deal
• Making inbound and outbound calls to leads and prospects each day
• Being present and engaged full-time, M-F 8AM - 5PM
• Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
• Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
What you'll Need to Get the Job Done
• You have a proven ability to sell with related sales or marketing experience
• You've had experience articulating value propositions via phone and email and will be able to do so with Cinch's product without much over sight
• You're able to identify and qualify sales opportunities
• Collaboration and negotiation are talents of yours and you're able to utilize them to communicate effectively
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
