Summary
Shift Health is looking for a hungry Sales Development Representative who is ready to roll up their sleeves and help scale a fast-growing company. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the leadership of a venture-backed company. You’ll be responsible for lead generation and sales and you’ll be the first touchpoint between Shift Health and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Shift Health’s leadership team to identify a sales pipeline based on client profiles, geography and sales strategies
  • Generate and qualify a pipeline of qualified sales leads
  • Drive outreach to potential clients via email, Linkedin, cold-calls, conferences and meetings in order to drive initial sales meetings
  • Leverage marketing and growth hacking to find potential leads
  • Foster client relationships and set sales meetings for Shift Health leadership
  • Manage client pipelines and CRM activities using Hubspot
  • Provide timely reporting updates on sales items related to industry trends, regional insights, competition news, etc
  • Participate in cross-functional tasks when needed, especially when related to sales
  • Actively build Shift Health’s sales strategy, innovative sales approach and sales development program and processes

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business, economics, technology or other related fields or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years technical B2B sales experience or equivalent sales related experience
  • Prior experience with lead generation and account management
  • Previous healthcare experience or proven interest in the healthcare industry
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert in Microsoft/Google suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Proven track record of competitive drive and achievements
  • Organized, but with the ability to be flexible
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Desire to be in technology sales and looking for a career in sales
  • The passion and drive to deliver an exceptional level of customer service
  • Interest in learning about new technologies and the ability to process technical information and communicate it to clients
