Head Of Implementation

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Implementation Associates/Managers responsible for delivering the project

• Responsible for the overall health of the project/ product implementation and proactively highlight risks to management

• Ownership of key stages within the product delivery process: Solution design, scoping, implementation, adoption, and validation

• Become a trusted advisor for accounts by providing all-around assistance through training and support.

• Collaborate closely with internal architecture and engineering teams, third-party technology partners, additional product teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders

• Share product feedback with Product and Engineering teams to help improve the product

• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure successful project delivery and to work on continuous improvements.

• Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery

• Work with clients, business, and functional teams to gather requirements.

• Reduce “Time to Revenue Recognition” and provide customers with a fast and effective onboarding experience.

• Create product advocates within customer’s organization

Requirements:

• 6+ years of customer-facing experience in managing product/project implementations in top IT consulting or SaaS-based companies would be preferred

• Ability to lead workshops, including the gathering/documenting of requirements and use-cases and recommendation of envisioned processes

• Built a team and managed end-to-end implementations

• Strong passion for solving customer problems and improving their productivity

• Highly, analytical, and business-minded with an ability to tackle complex problems in an organized way

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven start-up environment.

• Proven ability to read, debug, and understand tech applications

• Experience leading and driving technical discussions with developers, architects, and stakeholders
