The Role
Become part of Europe’s #1 software for the tours, attractions and activities industry! Since 2014 we have been digitising one of the largest markets in tourism with our Software-as-a-Service solution. Very likely you have already booked with one of our customers without noticing it. Because bookingkit is the technology behind many experience providers in Europe and we work together with Google, GetYourGuide and TripAdvisor.
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager / Customer Success Manager DACH (m/f/d) to drive our partner's success. Due to our market position, you have the possibility to set and influence industry standards as a part of a highly engaged and creative team of six. - Your dedication and know-how let our biggest and most important customers such as Berlin TV Tower, Wilhelma Zoological-Botanical Garden, Berliner Dom, WOW Gallery Berlin, Thames River Sightseeing (London) achieve even greater success.
- Your outstanding analytical skills help you to focus on on retaining important client relationships and to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities
- You consider a data-driven and software-based portfolio management as your daily workhorse to bring CLTV to their full potential
- You build strong, personal connections with users, decision-makers, and your colleagues from the Sales, Integrations, and Development department
- You coach, support, and evangelize your team members in a peer-to-peer setupeer setup
MUST-HAVES, SHORT & TO THE POINT
- You have acquired and/or building strong long term relationships with key accounts (revenue potential >100K p.a.)
- You have successfully managed and grew a portfolio of at least €2m in revenue (ARR) preferably
- Strong affinity towards software and/or SaaS is a must
- Extremely strong in tech and/or solution selling
- Passion for excellence, thorough and in-depth way of working
- Curious and open-minded paired with customer-centricity
- Passionate, proactive, and a real team player
- You speak German on a native level and are fluent in English
- Target-oriented and pragmatic with a getting-things-done attitude
- If you love a product, you instantaneously start evangelizing others
NICE-TO-HAVES
- You already worked in the tours, attractions, and activities industry with a solid network of customers relevant to bookingkit
- You have language skills in another major European language (e.g.: French, Spanish,etc.)
- You have worked with a customer success tool such as gainsight, churnzero or others
