About You.
CoinSmart is looking for a creative and resourceful Performance Marketing Manager with a successful track record of executing PPC campaigns on a global scale on all platforms such as FB/IG, Google (search and display), Youtube, Twitter, Reddit, etc. You are also familiar with the SEO landscape and know your way around WordPress.

What You'll Do.
-Plan, execute, manage and optimize SEO, SEM and Social Media campaigns
-Identify and test new channels and partners to continue to meet or exceed established OKRs
-Work closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, key insights, industry trends, exciting opportunities in the digital and social space
-Manage relationships with existing media vendors and partners and identify opportunities to collaborate with additional media partners in order to help grow the business and meet performance objectives
-Collaborate and work with various internal stakeholders across the organization

Requirements and
Qualifications

-3-5 years prior experience in a Digital Performance Marketing role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels
-Hands on in-platform execution experience across social media platforms and Google Ads
-Have solid expertise in campaign metrics, channel analysis and reporting, including Google -Analytics experience
-Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
-Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
-Being open minded, curious and a strong problem solver
-Tech savvy and sound knowledge with ad-serving technologies

Bonus
-Past professional experience in Fintech/Crypto Market
-You are bilingual, specifically Spanish and/or French
