Senior Data Analyst (3 to 5+ years of startup of similar experience)

Key Focus and expertise on recommending roadmaps and drawing insights from data to stakeholders

Responsibilities

Understand and own company(Data Cult) mission, culture and process
Understand and own the client’s mission, culture and process
Proactively Initiate communication with stakeholders - internal and external(End clients) to understand business, model and pain points
Stay curious and dig deep into data and prescribe/convey(Storytelling) on business impacts and recommend strategic changes based on data is a must
Ensure and own Data integrity across distributed systems.
Extract,Transform and Load data from multiple systems for reporting into BI platform.
Create Data Sets and Data models to build intelligence upon.
Develop and own various integration tools and data points.
Hands on development and / or design within the project in order to maintain timelines
Understand the cross-functional business data points thoroughly and be POC for all data related queries
Be able to lead, consult and spearhead engagements to take up MVP
Lead and Support the rest of the BI team in heading engagements
Quickly learn and use Bespoke & third party SaaS reporting tools with little documentation
Lead in presenting demos and preparing materials
Document technical and business requirements as per company standards and procedures
Mentoring juniors in the team
Owns the metric of account health - growth, value and happiness

Qualifications

Be able to understand business models and processes and recommend analytics roadmaps - demonstrated work 2+ years of experience is a must
3 to 5+ years of experience in Data modelling & Data warehousing
3 to 5+ years of experience Developing/Designing reporting tools for enterprise companies
Portfolio of Business intelligence/KPI/Reporting that were deployed in which the candidate was a key player
Query Optimizing and fine tuning for better performance - Advanced
Qualified to Design and Build schema - Advanced
Affinity towards learning advanced data analytics and statistical skills for analysis and recommendation
Demonstrated ability to Design and Develop robust, scalable systems for large scale use
Well experienced with full stack BI/Reporting/analytics SaaS tools such as python(must), Tableau/DOMO/PBI/Quicksight/Looker (Preferably certified in any one)
Setup of Segment/GA/Mixpanel/Product analytics environment is a plus
Prior experience in creating Data Warehouse and SQL/BigQuery/PostgreSQL - Any one must
Worked with either GCP/AWS/Azure data service cloud environments - Any one must
A desire to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in Agile environment and project management
Experience working with multi-tiered, distributed systems
Proactive communication
Worked within either of the industries Big Data Sets - Transportation/Logistics and supply chain/Automobile/Marketing Agencies/Ecommerce
Worked with Jira/Bitbucket/other essential tools
