Overseas Technical Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish a high-quality and high-efficiency technical team according to the business direction and goals set by the company
• Lead the company's overseas product research and development, formulate overseas product research and development plans, and ensure the quality of delivered products
• Responsible for communication and coordination between domestic and overseas team

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Must be bilingual to communicate with mandarin-speaking counterparts
• Embrace the spirit of open source, identify with open source culture, and understands the open source community
• Have complete software development project experience from product design to online operation
• Have more than three years of R&D team management experience, and be able to use at least one team collaboration tool proficiently
• Have experience in remote team collaboration
• Proficient in Typescript and at least one front-end framework (React, Vue or Angular)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Has open source community management experience
• Has experience in start-ups or entrepreneurship
• Understands the principles and characteristics of blockchain
• Have browser plug-in or Electron App development experience
• Is a Mask Network user
• Focuses on project and code security
