The Role
We are seeking a Sr. Software Developer for our corporate headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN to design and implement our patented software-as-a-service applications to assist customers in Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing.

About The Job
As a Sr. Software Developer you will collaborate with other leads to architect and implement maintainable, scalable applications for multiple verticals. A important part of this position is the mentoring of junior developers, both technical and managerial, as a stepping stone to future responsibilities as we continue to grow. You will lead a team in an agile/scrum environment and be responsible for the major scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standup, sprint review and sprint retrospective).
Education and Experience
Extensive experience with one or more of the following languages: Java, PHP, C#, JavaScript
Extensive experience with one or more of the following database systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL
Knowledge of OOP concepts and design patterns
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Software Architecture design experience
Experience using one or more of the following IDEs: Intellij, PhpStorm, Visual Studio
Essential Functions:
Working closely with your development team to deliver high quality software solutions
Mentoring Junior and Mid-Level developers
Planning and coordinating architectural solutions for product feature work
Delivering key business functionality by working closely with business team, account management team and infrastructure team members
Improving product code quality and maintainability through clearly defined standards and code reviews
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
Identifying and recommending new technology solutions to improve product performance and maintainability
Leading scrum ceremonies in an agile environment
