As a fast-growing technology start up, we are seeking a high-energy, motivated, driven and ambitious Business Development Manager. This is more of a sales position.

A successful candidate for the this position will develop relationships with various market players and maintain a positive relationship with existing partners. This position will work directly with external partners and internally with the sales and operations departments.

Who you are:

  1. A relationship builder and customer advocate at heart; ability to connect and impress
  2. Experience with volume outreach via emails, calls, etc.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  4. Proven negotiation, conflict management, and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to analyze industry market research and utilize insights to drive awareness on key areas and improvements on overall experience
  6. Exceptional organizational skills

  7. 3 – 5 years of experience in business development, partner relationship management, or in a related area. (Experience in the youth market or education industry is a big plus.)

  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting (prior startup experience is a plus)

  9. Absolute comfort and ability to work in technology; Proficiency in Office, Google Suite, and video conferencing tools (zoom, Teams, Google Meet etc.), HubSpot experience is a plus

  10. Ability to comprehend, sort, analyze, and be comfortable with large amount of data

What you will do

  1. Manage existing contracts and partner relations

  2. Market research and discovery of organizations to partner

  3. Outreach to new organizations to partner with

  4. Pricing and Contract negotiations for new and repeat partners

  5. Tracking performance of various partner organization as related to Cirkled In

  6. Collaborate with sales team and create alignments

  7. Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services and special offers.
