We strategically place indoor and outdoor smart office pods in venues like airports, shopping malls, coffee shops, hotel chains, co-working spaces, gas stations, and city centers. By being part of our network, our venue partners can optimize revenues by monetizing the time their customers spend within their spaces, all while offering an enhanced service.
About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and hands-on Commercial Director to lead our business development team and help us achieve our ambitious growth targets. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive commercial strategy aimed at generating a Recurring Monthly Revenue (MRR) of €100,000 within the next 12 months. With a strategic lens heavily tilted towards marketing and utilization (30% B2C activities and 70% B2B activities), you will champion our growth aspirations.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize and roll out a commercial roadmap tailored to our ambitious goals, particularly aiming for a Recurring Monthly Revenue (MRR) of €100,000 within the next 12 months.
- Head the business development team, focusing especially on BDMs handling B2B sales to SMBs with an average ticket size of 20,000€/year
- Supervise the launch of city, airports and train stations networks according to our launch schedule, guaranteeing the success of these critical ventures.
- Drive revenue through a multi-channel strategy involving B2C, B2B, and additional revenue streams.
- Closely collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Product to ensure alignment of strategies.
- Use data and metrics to drive decision-making, inform I pricing strategies, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Foster and maintain robust ties with partners, stakeholders, and potential investors, with an emphasis on managing big accounts with an average ticket size of 150,000€/account/year.
- Keep abreast of the industry's market trends to maintain competitiveness and inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years proven experience in a similar role with demonstrated expertise in developing and executing commercial strategies in the real estate, tech, or start-up industries.
- Profound comprehension of B2C and B2B paradigms.
- Demonstrated experience in guiding a BDM team specialized in SMB sales, coupled with an in-depth understanding of the SMB sales cycle.
- Outstanding leadership attributes with a history of directing diverse teams.
- Stellar analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Expertise in CRM platforms, with a preference for HubSpot CRM.
- Exemplary communication skills.
- Adaptable to a high-octane, ever-evolving landscape.
- Preparedness to work remotely and travel up to 50% of the time.
- English proficiency is a must; multilingual abilities are a bonus.
