IT Cloud and Network Manager

Responsibilities:
• As the product owner of the public cloud platform, taking end to end responsibilities for the operation and running of the public cloud platform and application solution.
• Ensure the cloud architecture is secure, scalable, stable and extensible.
• Design the cloud architecture to satisfy the application and regulatory requirement
• Responsible for mentoring and training of application team. Maintenance of the solution, framework, document pertaining to Public
• Establish the relevant procedure, security standard and guidance of cloud environment
• Take the ownership of the cloud operation including; monitoring, management, disaster recovery, security compliance/auditing, networking, storage and service brokers
• Work with Service Desk, Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management and Change Management Processes for all Cloud Services.
• Conduct Cloud Risk Assessment and Compliance Check for CSP
• Manage the data encryption services on
• Establish and maintain continuous delivery container platform (Docker / Kubernetes) and related service components
• Responsible to perform research, development and POC on new technologies and development approaches for Public Cloud. Take part in evaluation of application requirement
• Enable better efficiency on infra resource utilisation by adopting cloud charging model.
• Collaborate and work with the various stakeholder to develop technical solutions, plans and configuration for new technology infrastructure stacks

Requirements:
• 8+ years’ relevant working experience in banking industry in Asia
• Familiar with regulations relevant to the cloud computing issued by MAS/ABS
• Experience in conducting risk assessment for public cloud services providers
• 5 years’ of working experience in managing cloud technology such as Huawei Cloud, VMWare Cloud Foundation, AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, Kafka, REDIS, etc
• Good knowledge about the banking architecture reference
• Expert knowledge of Linux / Unix / Windows systems
• Demonstrate strong knowledge in technology infrastructure domain such as virtual server technologies, networking, internet protocols, scripting & monitoring tools.
• Expert knowledge of networking and related technologies (e.g. load balancing / DNS / SSL / firewalls / NAT)
• Experience with production systems and dealing with production issues
• 5+ years’ experience in release management or production operations
• 5+ years’ experience working on or leading teams performing systems automation and integration (ideally leveraging an agile methodology / lean techniques)
• 5+ years’ experience as a Release Manager, executing the infrastructure go-live process
• A clear understanding of cloud service and deployment models
• Experience with Concourse, Jenkins, Hudson, Bamboo, TeamCity, and other Continuous Integration tools
