Key Responsibilities

Design and Implement Automation Solutions: Develop robust, scalable automation workflows that optimize operational tasks and processes across the board.

Continual Optimization: Regularly audit existing systems and processes to identify automation opportunities and implement improvements.

Interdepartmental Coordination: Engage with cross-functional teams to uncover bottlenecks that could be resolved through automation.

Emerging Tech Scouting: Stay at the cutting edge by researching and integrating new automation technologies that can add value to our client's operations.

Documentation & Training: Generate comprehensive guides for automated processes and educate end-users for seamless adoption.

Essential Qualifications

Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.

Hands-on experience with leading automation tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Comprehensive understanding of process automation and design principles.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with an emphasis on automation.

Certifications in process automation, robotic process automation (RPA), or similar will be an added advantage.
