*What you will do: *

Configuration and administration in the ITSM platform.

Integrate ITSM with both internal and external tools.

Design, enhance, and deploy new or additional capabilities and applications of the ITSM Solution.

Patch installation, initiate upgrades, and other maintenance activity.

Capacity planning and performance monitoring.

Develop system integrations and process automation.

Prepare and review documents with the team on a continual basis.

Take part in regular governance status review covering SLA reporting, KPIs, incidents analysis, security compliance, improvements, etc.

*Your Profile: *

You must be a Singaporean citizen to be able to get a G50 security clearance requirement.

Deep understanding and working knowledge of the ITIL Service management framework.

ITIL Certification is a plus

Experienced in deploying ITSM enterprise solutions using Service Now.

In-depth understanding of ServiceNow modules/technologies.

Experienced in configuring and administering ServiceNow platform.

Experienced in JavaScript, RESTful API, Python, JSON, CSS, HTML, and XML.

Skills in data analytics & visualization tools such as Performance Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Excel.

Background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Power Automate, UiPATH is preferred.

Good understanding of Windows and Unix platforms, IBM middleware, Oracle RDBMS, networking, and security technology.

Good communication skills.

Experience with Atlassian JIRA Core and ServiceDesk implementation is an added advantage.
