FRONT-END DEVELOPER (React)


Job description:

Due to our growing activity Equancy is looking for a front-end developer to join the Data Team.

In an innovative and dynamic environment, our Data team is made around 10 developers, data engineers, architects and dataviz experts; they are in charge of the Big Data platforms design, development and deployment.
They work closely with data scientists and consultants to design products answering our clients’ business issues, who are worldwide organizations as well as web pure players)

As part of this team, your tasks will be:
• Front developments integrating advanced data visualizations
• To design our solutions architecture that includes frontend and backend modules (e.g. REST API, databases …)

Our technical environment is mainly composed of
• Python (avec Django ou Flask)
• React, jQuery, Bootstrap, ES6
• D3.js (canvas, etc…)
• Git & Gitlab

You will also be part of meetings, workshops etc with our team leaders, project managers and Equancy partners in order to participate to designing steps, work reviews and presentations.


Skills and Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• IT Background education
• Practice of Django, Node.js, React (or similar framework) and D3.js
• Knowledge of Docker
• Git practice
• Interest in Big Data
• Fluent English and French mandatory
