Front End Developper

As a Front-End Developer, you’ll be deeply involved into NAISTER’s Content Intelligence Platform front-end development. You’ll work directly with the rest of the Dev team, especially with the Product Team but as well with the back-end. You'll work to build the best-in-class business driven content assessment and content generation self-service products used by our clients to significantly improve the performance of their digital marketing campaigns.

As part of your mission, you will:

Identify, research, prototype, and build predictive products
Apply best UI engineering practices with other team members, maintain code quality across teams
Work with our product and R&D specialists to turn mockups (wireframes) into features
Work in an agile environment cooperating with Product and Development teams to produce an excellent, user friendly experience for our customers
Propose new ideas to improve and iterate on our product
Assess the impact of your ideas
Optimize page rendering
Constantly collaborate with other members of the team on design sessions and code reviews

Minimum Skills and Qualifications

2+ years of experience in web development
Deep JS knowledge
Experiences in ReactJS or equivalent framework
HTML5/CSS3
Experience working in agile teams is a plus
Experience with a SaaS product is a plus
Capacity to work autonomously with some creative and design guidance
Strong empathy with the users, with an ability to judge the appeal of the platform
Knowledge or Experience in UX design (invision for example)
Pragmatism, open-minded, autonomy and initiative spirit
Good written and oral communication skills in English

Nice to Have Skills

Previous experience with Docker
Previous experience with on-going integration tool as Gitlab
Previous exprience of roll-out within AWS
Experience with SAAS product would be nice.
Python knowledge would be a plus.
An experience of Front-End performance optimization is a plus
