The Role - Social Media & Influencer Manager
Do you love creating social media content that gets high engagement? Have you built a following for yourself or directly helped others who have? Are you one of the first people to figure out the winning strategies for new assets like Tik Tok, Clubhouse, Reels, or Stories? Are you outgoing and love connecting with influencers and other content creators on social media? Do you live life behind the lens and enjoy editing and creating top-tier video and image content?
This Social Media & Influencer Manager will take a creative and data-driven approach to strategy, content creation, and performance measurement on our social media. Developing connections for our community members and driving performance-based goals is key.
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for the creation of awesome contents for our brands on all social media channels to onboard new users for Redsip and build a social media calendar including contents prepared for new product releases
- Responsible for community engagement - be empathetic, conversational, and grab product knowledge quickly to provide support to community members
- Create contents that illustrate the product values for micro and nano influencers and onboard them to Redsip to create content & provide guidelines for content creation
- Re-share organic content from Redsip to other social media platforms to engage in conversations
- Measure and report performance of all social media campaigns, and assess against goals (success is measured by the number of influencers signed up & number of contents they contribute)
- Identify trends and insights from most trending platforms among Gen Z, and lead content around the trending topics
What We Look For:
- Strong copywriting & design skills - writing engaging posts, using tools like Canva to create designs that can make a compelling point and achieve the call to action.
- Ideally 3+ years of social media marketing experience across as many platforms as possible such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, Clubhouse, Pinterest, Tik-Tok, Reddit, etc.
Qualifications:
- Copywriting & designs - writing engaging posts, using tools like Canva to create designs that can make a compelling point to achieve the call to action.
- Ideally 3+ years of social media marketing experience across as many platforms as possible such as: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, Clubhouse, Pinterest, Tik-Tok, Reddit, etc.
**Hours: Flexible depending on candidate (minimum 20 hours per week)*
Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 if Full-Time*
