Sales Account Manager

As an early member of the UpsideHoM sales team, you will provide key feedback to help build and improve our sales/customer acquisition processes to drive toward a world-class sales and customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Engaging in-bound leads with quality conversations to qualify and educate on UpsideHoM living solutions
• Successfully manage a fluid pipeline of leads through a series of sales touch points, and follow-up
• Responsible for qualifying and booking and conducting apartment tours with inbound leads and moving those leads through the sales funnel with the goal of obtaining signed member agreements
• Collaborating with peers and team leaders to create and refine Best Practices, effective workflows, and highly effective resident acquisition and engagement strategies
