Hiring across Florida to fill new retail locations

• $15 an hour; healthcare benefits + uncapped bonuses; commissions. PT work also available.
• Greet shoppers and schedule consultations with homeowners.
• Brand Ambassadors check online to see if a roof would be eligible to participate based on its sun exposure and shape, and then schedules the homeowner a time slot.
• New staff are paid to come to training, and are not required to have previous solar experience.

Represent community outreach campaign in regional retail partner big-box store locations. Inform homeowners about new services available to them as a no-cost benefit of their membership. Coordinate initial qualification and consultation scheduling for government funded infrastructure programs that help fund solar panels. Provide and intrigue homeowners with information about the tax benefits they may be eligible to receive for participating. Rebuttal common misconceptions about old designs, cost concerns, tree shading, roof shape, and other eligibility requirements.
