Marketing Strategy, Planning & Execution
• Develop, implement, and enhance Content Strategy (PR, Email, & Social Media) to effectively scale up customer acquisition & customer retention
• Responsible for testing, monitoring, analysing marketing initiatives’ effectiveness against marketing budget and expenditures
• Analyse customer feedback/insights, consumer and market trends to develop effective brand positioning and winning strategies that resonate with core target audiences
• Ensure marketing deliverables and timelines are adhered to across all marketing channels (Landing Pages, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Email, etc.)
• Ensure regular communication to members and potential clients via EDMs and direct communications
• Design and copywrite engaging social media content on a daily basis to build brand awareness, grow new followers and engage with existing ones
• Design and print highly effective marketing materials (not limited to brochures, flyers, posters) that are in line with our brand
Branding & PR
• Ensure compliance of the MultiCo brand across all marketing and communications channels, according to brand voice, personality, and aesthetics
• Oversee and shape the creative direction for copywriting and design to drive engagement, interest, and consistent branding
• Lead all media and PR outreach efforts to grow brand awareness and news coverage
• Ensure the company is utilizing all free and discounted editorial and other offered marketing opportunities made available to us
• Write highly effective press releases, media pitches and disseminating it to the media outlets
• Identify, develop, and manage high-impact brand partnerships and collaborations
Corporate Sales Development
• Design & implement effective sales strategy and generate a strong pipeline for business leads
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain key relationships with existing clients
• Provide support in preparing proposals, presentations and other visual/communication support for critical enterprise projects/deals
Partnership Management
• Identify and propose new venue partners which MultiCo can work with
• Act as the main point of liaison, manage and foster strong relationships with all MultiCo’s partners
• Request marketing materials from partners as part of the partner onboarding process
• Provide trainings to partners and ensure their terminal and POS are properly set up
• Host partner outlet-related events, launches and parties to drive traffic and awareness
• Assist partners to troubleshoot technical issues with their charging terminal when required
• Resolve any monthly billing discrepancies with partners by cross-checking the reports
Mobile App & Website Management
• Responsible for uploading new content on the app and website whenever there is a new product or partner
• Ensuring content on the app and website is up-to-date, accurate and clear
• Manage the app broadcast function and push out relevant app notifications to both existing & potential members
• Troubleshoot any app-related issues and work with the developers to resolve them
• Work with the app developer to implement new features and improve the app
• Work with our website developer to improve the UX of the website
Customer Service
• Attend to all existing members and potential members’ enquiries
• Be a personalised concierge to our members by helping them with day pass and meeting room bookings
• Assist members to resolve any tech or account related issues

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or above in communications, marketing or related fields
• Good to have at least 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience with a fast-paced start-up
• Possess good knowledge and familiar with Facebook Ads, SEO and content marketing
• Proven track record of independently managing and implementing successful marketing campaigns including planning, testing, developing and optimising
• Possess a combination of, project management, analytical skills, as well as effective communication skills
• Highly organised, resourceful, task-driven, adaptive to changes & uncertainties,
• Possess a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, a willingness to learn, and excellent time management skills
• Familiar with work apps such as G-Suite, Asana, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Wordpress, Canva etc.
• Prefer candidates who can start immediately as we need to fill the role urgently
