Lead UI/UX Designer

👋 We are looking for a Full-time (remote) UI/UX Design Lead to join our team and become a part of our exciting journey! You will join a team of experienced developers and passionate team members to build the digital onboarding solution that the 21st century deserves.

🤙 Your role

Own the user facing design elements of 10lift from website to our product. You will make sure we have a consistent design language across all platforms. You will coordinate with designers, developers and product teams to understand, design and communicate new features, and design elements.

✅ Background & requirements

• Previous experience as a design team leader at a startup or similar projects.
• Experience designing features and user experiences for software products
• Experience with best design practices either through education or working

• Be a problem solver
• The ability to work independently
• Be highly motivated and a fast learner
• Language Skills: full professional proficiency in English
