The Role

Azure will change the way homes are built in the future. We are a 2-year old PropTech start-up generating $400K/mo. Our modular buildings will be more affordable and faster to build than any homes built by existing construction methods. We will use a unique design and proprietary materials to accomplish this. Our customers are property owners, developers, and investors. They are looking for faster and less expensive ways to build. Our buildings are beautifully designed, and our process allows for a high degree of customization. The role is based in our Los Angeles office.

What We're Looking For
Azure is seeking a Head of Growth to execute our growth strategies and to help us accelerate our expansion. You will own the entire customer conversion cycle, from acquisition through activation and expansion. We're looking for an outgoing, motivated, highly organized and entrepreneurial-spirited individual with great listening and communication skills. You will make an immediate impact by establishing an effective plan to expand in California, and longer term around the Southwest. You will also work alongside a highly collaborative leadership team to achieve our near and long term objectives. You will need to be highly analytical, and a great networker.

About You
• 10+ years of Sales, Business development and Marketing experience, preferably with succesful PropTech or ConstructionTech startups
• Experience on a Leadership team reporting into the CEO and/or President
• Strong understanding of residential housing industry
• Well versed in setting up Sales technology solutions
• Positive attitude
• Solution-oriented problem solver
• High EQ
• Customer-centric mindset
• Inspiring and persuasive

Key responsibilities
• Oversee Growth - Develop, Implement, and monitor growth strategy.
• Data and Metrics - Set and monitor weekly growth based on business needs. Support the product team with data to help them make decisions.
• Leadership Team - Be a member of Azure’s leadership team. Help to steer the direction of the company. Provide mentorship to your reports and to others. Report on the status of your initiatives to the rest of the leadership team on a regular basis.
• Proven track record of collaboration across revenue growth teams
• Deep experience with construction and/or construction tech
• Great listener, communicator, and delegator.
• Problem solver
