We are looking for an enthusiastic, driving, and hard-working Account Executive to join our extremely talented sales team.

What you will bring:

· A strong approach to sales with the ability to create, grow and manage your portfolio of clients.

· Enthusiastic and aptitude for developing relationships with clients.

· Time management, goal setting, and drive to meet sales objectives.

· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through leads, networking, and social media.

· Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections.

· Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.

Requirements:

· Fast learning ability and a passion for sales.

· Strong written and oral communication skills a must.

· Proven track record of establishing trust and ability to influence key decision-makers and lead a high-level conversation with C-suit personnel.

· Previous Experience in Sales.

· Passion for the Startup Industry.

· Outgoing personality, entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude, and ability to adapt to change.

· Have existing knowledge in the tech industry.

Responsibilities:

· Be the initial contact for new leads and new clients.

· Provide structured initial consultations to discover client’s concepts & requirements.

· Generate new leads through external business development.

· Actively pursue opportunities with a sale-driven mindset.

· Generate regular (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) reports.

· Prepare and attend meetings, organize & manage projects, assets, requirements.

Compensation

· $18 - $22 with 5% commission on total sales value, not profit.

· Tier benefits based on results, such as company phone, quarterly bonuses, health benefit and more.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
