We are looking to a young, enthusiastic, team member for the position of business development associate – over-seas education segment

Position: Business development associate – over seas education segment

Job Profile:
Understand the career objectives of potential candidates
Share & communicate education solutions
Convert potential candidates to clients
Achieve business targets
Manage in person & telephonic meetings
Conduct admissions seminars / webinars
Coordinate and manage admissions related paper-work

This is a full time in office immediate position

We are looking for:
Young, dynamic, people’s person
Undergraduate degree in Humanities, Arts, education or psychology
1 to 2 years of experience of working with students, counselling or solution selling
Recent graduates with a flair for solution selling, career counselling may be considered as Interns
Excellent communication skills, good listener
Comfort & fluency with English, Hindi
Knowledge of any regional language or German would be good to have
Maturity in outlook, comfort in communicating with teenagers to matured adults / parents

Location: At our South Delhi office
Salary:

Fixed plus variable ( based on business conversion)
Approx total compensation Rs 20,000 to 25,000 ( Fixed plus Variable)
Our Variable compensation structure is lucrative and has no upper cap of earning
