Are you a creative, collaborative and results-oriented partner marketer? Are you excited about continuing to drive a great partner ecosystem? mParticle is looking for a North America Partner Marketing Director to own the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns with our solutions and technology partners and field teams to growth objectives. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the larger Marketing team as well as with key stakeholders from Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and the larger Go-To-Market team to support global partnership and business development initiatives and pipeline. This role is an individual contributor and requires an experienced professional who is able to orchestrate a cross-functional team to deliver programs and campaigns that drive measurable results.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be an active and key member of the Marketing team, working closely with Partnerships, Business Development, and Sales to understand the priorities of each region and the partners to help drive opportunities and pipeline.
  • Create joint messaging and programs with partners and drive thought leadership through in-person partner events
  • Conduct research and gather insights into partner, customer, and market behavior; motivations; and attributes to determine new marketing approaches and optimal routes to market.
  • Ideate, strategize, and deliver impactful marketing campaigns and events across sales regions with relevant strategic partners, exploring new and creative tactics, mediums, and venues inclusive of pipe gen campaigns; virtual and in-person experiences; and other activities
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, partner teams, sales and external agencies to execute impactful campaigns on time and within budget
  • Lead multiple, complex timetables successfully in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Measure, optimize and report on program metrics, and present results to key stakeholders and executive leadership

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years experience in marketing with an emphasis on industry, solution, product, and/or partner marketing in high-tech, experience working with solution partners and Marketing Technology is a plus
  • Dynamic, results-oriented personality that works well with others and has the ability to drive projects forward amidst multiple shifting priorities and goals in a matrixed organization
  • Creative problem solver that can generate innovative marketing ideas, work collaboratively, and lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders toward a common goal
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills as well as strong written and verbal communications
  • Degree in Marketing or related field required
