Our SDKs enable developers to add gold standard audio-video quality conferencing with much faster shipping times. 100ms allows shipping live conferencing application time in days instead of months, allowing companies to focus on their core business.

We are a remote-first global team with engineers who've built video infrastructure at Facebook and Hotstar.
Responsibilities:
-Product Positioning and Messaging:
Develop and articulate clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
-Go-to-Market Strategy:
Create and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates.
Collaborate with product management, sales, and other teams to align on go-to-market plans.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
Use market insights to inform product positioning, feature prioritization, and overall marketing strategy.
-Content Development:
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing collateral, including product brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and website content.
Develop and maintain a library of product-related materials for both internal and external use.
-Sales Enablement:
Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the tools and training needed to effectively sell our products.
Develop sales collateral, presentations, and training materials.
-Campaign Management:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and events.
Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
-Customer Advocacy:
Cultivate and leverage customer testimonials, case studies, and references to build credibility and support sales efforts.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers for ongoing feedback.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
Act as a liaison between different teams to drive successful product launches and ongoing marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in product marketing within the technology or SaaS industry.
In-depth understanding of SaaS market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive trends.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, tactical approach to execution.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
