Connect the Doc is a simple, all-in-one marketing solution that makes it easy for healthcare practices to get more online reviews, referrals, and more new patients.
Prior to COVID, we would typically go to 5-7 tradeshows / year to get dentists and orthodontists to join Connect the Doc. As things become more digital and Zoom becomes the new normal, it’s likely we will augment our trade show schedule in the future with a more “old school” approach to sales and business development.
Currently we are a non-funded, bootstrapped, technology company that is generating over $1M in annual recurring revenue. Our goal is to get to $2M in recurring revenue by the end of 2022 and we need your help.
As an Outbound Sales and Business Development Representative (S&BDR) at Connect the Doc, you will play a key role in building a sales pipeline. For the first few months, your only goal will be to set up meetings. After you have set up your first 20 meetings and are more comfortable with the software and services Connect the Doc offers completing your own meetings, and closing sales.
A successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with high energy, positive phone presence, have a team player mentality, and is willing to take coaching advice and apply it immediately.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Researching practices and creating call lists
- Creating email campaigns
- Cold calling 200+ practices / week
- Being creative to capture attention of prospects
- Using Videos and Screenshots to Nurture Prospects
- Finding and targeting Connect the Doc competitors and their clients
- Setting up face-to-face and Zoom meetings
- Completing meetings and closing sales
- Travelling to tradeshows and going on road trips to promote CTD
- Maintaining organized accounts and call logs in the CRM
Required Skills:
- Highly energetic and positive 24/7
- Quick learner and “Can Do” attitude
- Comfortable writing/responding to email
- Comfortable making 40+ cold calls / day
- Being extremely organized with ability to manage your growing sales pipeline
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently from home depending on COVID
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Skills:
- Understanding of Digital Marketing including SEO, PPC, SMM etc.
- Experience working within a Startup or at a SAAS company
- Experience working with healthcare practices and providers
- Experience with outbound sales & cold calling
- Enjoys playing ping pong
Other:
- Salary ranges from 36K – $60K
- Commission is uncapped
- 2 weeks of paid vacation
