We are looking for an all-star sales lead to build upon and implement our go to-market strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong and established network in a corporate setting and be a proven winner who excels in a fast-paced environment.
This organized individual will be a key component in building upon our unique brand in an antiquated industry. We are positioned for high growth in the COVID and post-COVID market.

*Responsibilities *
Be the primary sales driver for the team - embody a self-starter mentality.
- Sell services to new and existing clients.
- Create and implement sales strategy - research and develop market opportunities and plans, understand client needs and pain points, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve our company goals.
- Execute sales campaigns using traditional and new sales tools.
- Maintain customer relationships using CRMs to ensure future sales.
- Work with the Marketing Team on creating and executing marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- Be the sales team lead - Recruit, train, coach, and manage other sales team members.
- Continuously look for ways to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the sales cycle and tools.
*Qualifications *
- Bachelor's degree an asset
- Bilingual an asset
- 5+ years Experience in sales
- 3+ years in a management/lead position
- Excellent communication & networking skills
- Self-starter mentality
- Organizational skills & great home-based workflow
- Proficient in Salesforce, email marketing campaigns, SMM marketing, and LinkedIn/LinkedIn Sales Navigator
