We are looking for a talented Sales and Marketing Manager to assist in the marketing and selling of Willow’s offering. Responsibilities include creation and execution of marketing and sales efforts to support company targets, including: researching/prospecting new clients, creation of marketing collateral, supporting sales pitches/process and onboarding clients. The Sales and Marketing manager represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.The Sales and Marketing Manager reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This individual also partners closely with the Product and Development teams.

About the Role:
- Promoting existing products and introducing new products to the market.
- Support Sales through qualifying leads, optimize workflows, implementing new sales and marketing strategies, client onboarding and ongoing customer success.
- Creating and updating sales and marketing materials (sell sheets, presentations, case studies, newsletter, website, email communications).
- Facilitate client presentations and product demos.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer and B2B client requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's sales goals.
- Deliver an exceptional initial onboarding and ongoing experience to clients.
About You:
- A bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years experience in marketing or sales.
- Previous experience and/or working knowledge of financial services, financial technology, employee benefit programs and life/career coaching.
- You have excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- You are able to easily interject your personality while clearly explaining complex information.
- You have an upbeat “can do” attitude and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- You have strong design skills and can create client-ready presentations in Canva.
- You are highly organized and able to handle multiple projects in an efficient manner.
- You are results-driven, with a strong work ethic and initiative to follow through.
- You have a passion for personal finance and empowering women.
