VP of Sales

The VP of Sales will be responsible for all aspects of new customer prospecting and acquisition. Specific duties include:

• Identification and acquisition of necessary tools required for success, including databases, CRM systems and service providers
• Segmentation and prioritization of target customers
• All acquisition activities including email, cold-calling and arrangement of initial meetings with RacerX management.
  
• Development and measurement of sales goals
• Development and recruitment and hiring of an SDR team

The right candidate will have strong customer prospecting and development skills. We are looking for a Hunter, not a gatherer. Someone who will take action rather than suggesting actions that others should take no matter how tedious those actions might be.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to be able to secure an audience with target companies. As a result, existing relationships with personnel at target companies will be key to success.

This is initially a commission-based role with significant equity opportunity. Target commissions are $100k-$200k.
