Senior Software Engineer

Our team works remotely to build software and collaborate with our clients for our various initiatives. Projects range from a variety of industries, and typically involve solutions in the form of mobile apps, web apps, or data integrations. We’re looking for a senior software engineer to help us sustain our current growth.

As a Senior Software Engineer at Infuse, you will be a tech lead and core contributor for the project you will be working on. You will also have the opportunity to lead junior and mid-level engineers on other projects, work closely with our product managers to build successful products, and create a work environment that helps your team maximize output. The ideal candidate for this position works well in a collaborative setting and has a keen eye when it comes to planning projects and avoiding development pitfalls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers through the development of a product
• Create clearly worded tasks and accurate estimates
• Work within an agile development environment
• Own an uncompromising eye for detail but know when it's just time to ship code
• Write unit and integration tests when needed
• Make technical decisions regarding complex project architectures.
• Manage git repos for complex projects with multiple developers

Minimum Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend software developer
• Fluent in Javascript
• Experience working with Node backends
• Experience with modern javascript frameworks (React JS, React Native, etc)
• Comfortable with architecting a solution given a set of requirements

Bonus Skills (not all projects will require this):

• Experience with DevOps and DevOps automation
• Experience building ETL pipelines
• Experience building CRM integrations
