Sway is building an end-to-end platform to help organizations (and consumers) plan events effortlessly, becoming the event coordination layer between HR/People Ops planning events for their teams and the venues, vendors, and experiences they want to book.

Based in Berkeley, CA and started by WeWork alum, our founder arrives with deep experience in operations, strategy, and scaling venture-backed startups. We're an ambitious group of problem solvers innovating across event management, customer experience, and the future of work.

The Role

The Technical Co-Founder will help create and develop the digital product strategy for Sway. This role will be directly responsible for creating the digital experience of Sway both in-store and on-app for our customers, partners, and employees.

The successful candidate will be a critical player in helping scale a category-defining startup from the ground up. You will be responsible for leading our digital product development, and executing on our brand promises for customers through software that complements their physical experience with Sway.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create digital product for Sway
• Work with founder, marketing teams, and sales teams to create seamless experiences for customers, operators, and employees
• Grow and scale engineering team for Sway

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ Years Experience in Product Development and Engineering
• End-to-end technical competency with proven track record of scaling product
• Experience in building digital products for Real Estate a plus
• Experience in building engineering teams a plus
