Co-founder (Technical)

This is a unique opportunity to lead a promising tech startup as it builds a global presence. You will partner with another co-founder to build, manage, and grow a tech startup under the guidance of the team at GSD Venture Studios. You will be given the tools, resources, and network you need to take a good idea and make it great. We are counting on you to build a scalable business model that this startup can use to have an international impact on the AI community – you’ll need to iterate and improve your product based on feedback and user data; develop, refine, and execute a technology roadmap; and demonstrate that you understand your startup’s target market and how to reach it. You will be expected to learn from and with your co-founder to chart the best course for your company.

The ideal candidate for this role is a bold risk-taker who loves to solve complex financial and technical problems. You will need to get your hands dirty – this is a startup role, after all – so we are looking for decisive executers with a passion for actually doing the hard work of running a company. You’ll draw on your experience as a seasoned founder or product leader to find product-market fit and build a thriving company out of its raw materials.

You will be expected to evaluate the impact of your decisions and change your course accordingly. There will be lots of ambiguity and chaos along the way, and you will be responsible for maintaining your composure and imparting clarity to your team.
